Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations should be forwarded to us in a written form (Email: office.ldd@wur.nl)
Up to 10 February 2012: No cancelations fees will be applied.
From 10 February 2012:: Refund of 50% of the registration fee.
After 12 April 2012: No refund.
The Organizing Committee of “Agro Environ 2012” conference has the right to immediately alter or cancel, without prior notice, the Congress or any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to Agro Environ 2012”, due to reasons beyond their control. The Organizing Committee of the Agro Environ 2012” Conference shall not be liable for any loss, damage expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations or cancellations.
